Is a large wood fired kiln under and near trees, four feet from a wooden shed and homes safe?

It is handmade kiln whose door is four feet from a wooden shed. It is built near and under trees that has an apartment beyond them and homes across the street. A mobile home is located a hundred or less feet to it's side. Is this safe?? It produces a large flame and thick black smoke out of it's stack.
