Is this a good quality racket?

my cousin gave me this racket and i played my freshmen year with it and.i was wondering if its a good racket so appearantly the name of the racket is prince jr.tour is that a good quality racket or a bad one also it came with a bag to cover the racket safely the bag said prince jr tour . racket is green.is this racket with the bag expensive ,cheap, good quality?about how much did it cost. should i get another one or is this a good one?
