Sims3 define my guy in CAS?

Hi. Well in my sims town-twinbrook there is a guy named Shark Racket. He has shaggy hair and funky eyebrows. ^.^ My girl sim met him when he was a teen. He grew up to a young adult and they moved in together after a while. Now I went to a mirror. First I put in 'unlockoutfits' then I clicked change appearance. If you give him the haircut that is swooped to the right and change his eyebrows this guy is really hot. Really. Hot. BUT he doesn't have ripped abs like I want him to. How do I go back to create a sim to change that? Now, I know a way to change it. But it would lose everything (his and her wishes points job relationship etc). All you do is when you are on a mirror changing his hair or something in the bottom left corner where you see his face. The three little dots there? Click that and it will have a picture of an arrow going into a folder. Click that. It means save sim to bin. Now whenever you go to create a brand new sim he or she will be in the premade sims. I don't want to do all that. Does someone have a cheat that leta you go back to CAS. And no mods please. I can't do those. Thank you so much :)
