How to make it up to him?

When I was playing tennis with my boyfriend I accidentally hit him really hard in the face with my racket and feel really bad! I've told him sorry a bunch but is there something else I can do or say? It's not like he cried or had to go to the hospital or anything but I still feel horrible!
