Where could I order a reasonably priced, small to medium sized electric kiln?

I enjoy ceramic sculpting, but I haven't been able to in a good while without a kiln to bisque or glaze them in. Does anyone know where I could buy a kiln that's around one square foot for up to $400? I'd prefer something in the $200s range, if possible. I'm perfectly fine with used or refurbished kilns, rust is fine as long as it's purely cosmetic. Doesn't have to do a medium/high cone, since I mainly do sculptural, but the capability would be nice.
