Infrared image for building maintenance?

Unfortunately, no. An ordinary camera has no capability to capture the infrared activity. Traditional cameras only work with and capture visible light.You cannot capture an image and then some how extract the infrared properties using software. Where would the software get the infrared information from? It's not contained in the image so it's impossible unless the software "guesses"!
